This catalog contains our complete line of restoration hardware for Hoosier cabinets, antique furniture and trunks. The design or specifications for any product in this catalog is subject to change by the manufacturer. DISCOUNT POLICY: There are several discount prices for most items. All orders over $133 will receive a 25% discount on items that are not all ready discounted. These items include Featured/Sale Items, Quantity Items, Hoosier Cabinet Hardware Kits, & Porcelain Tops.
TERMS: Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
SHIPMENTS: Orders received by mail are normally shipped the next working day. Credit card and C.O.D. orders received by 11:00AM Eastern Standard Time are normally shipped the same day. All items shown in this catalog are normally in stock.

NOTE:Non-US Orders: Shipping charges for all forgeign orders will be actual UPS or Postal shipping charges. Canadian customers are responsible for General Sales Tax, Import Duties and Brokerage Fees. We will try to use the Post when we can to save you on brokerage fees.
SALES TAX: Indiana residents add 7% Sales Tax. Indiana dealers include Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (Form ST-105) with first order. If we do not have a "SIGNED" ST-105 sales tax will be collected for all orders shipped within Indiana. NO EXCEPTIONS
RETURNS: You may return any item within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. If you wish to return an item, call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When returning any item, enclose a copy of the original invoice and the reason for return. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Special orders are not returnable. Shipping is non-refundable. All returns should be shipped to the above address. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING CHARGE OF UP TO 20%.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: If a package is opened or damaged when you receive it, inspect the merchandise in the presence of the UPS driver. In case of damage, ask the driver to note the package was received damaged. Retain all packaging materials for 10 business days.
WALK-IN SALES: Our sales room and manufacturing operations are located at 10655 Andrade Drive, Zionsville, Indiana which is approximately two miles northwest of Indianapolis. The sales room is open from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Andrade Drive is located approximately one-third mile west of US Highway 421 at 106th Street.
